EasyCard Corporation statement of Collecting and processing personal information
 
EasyCard follows Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) Article 8 of the first paragraph, as the disclosure below, please read carefully:
 
1. Specific purpose explanation:
I. Business category: E-ticket, consultant related business.
II. Specific business purpose and code:
Including marketing business (40) ; The collection and processing base on financial service industry who follows regulation and Financial supervision needs (59) ; Financial dispute handling (60) ; Non-public affairs agencies define the collection and processing of personal data by legal obligation (63) ; Credit card, cash card, debit card or E-ticket business (67) ; Customer, client management and service(090) ; Online shopping and other E-commerce service (148) ; Standard, inspection, and Weights and Measures administrative (155) ; Other business is in line with the business registration project or the business charter (181) ; Other advice or consultant service(182)
2. Collected personal Information types:
Name, Identification, Gender, Date of birth, Contact information and other information that specified in related business application/contract, and also base on the services between EasyCard and user or data collected from user and third company who we work together (E.g company who cooperate with us to issue the EasyCard)
3. Period, region, object and method of personal data utilization:
I. Period: the longer period lists below should be adopted
a. The duration of the specific purpose.
b. Relevant policies are determined by relevant laws and regulations (E.g Act Governing Issuance of Electronic Stored Value Cards) or the retention period as a result of the preservation of the data required for the execution of the business or the retention of the data in accordance with individual contracts.
II. Region: Base on the object’s location (The objects lists below).
III. Object: EasyCard or an organization that has a contractual relationship or business relationship with EasyCard for business needs.
IV. Method: Comply with personal data protection laws and process the data with automated machines or other non-automated use.
 
4. According to Personal Data Protection Act article 3, subjects has following rights to exercise their personal data that EasyCard collected:
I. Except for the exceptions provided for in Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Act, subjects may inquire, request to read or request a copy of their personal information, but the company may charge the necessary cost according to Article 14 of the Personal Data Protection Act.
II. Subjects may request to supplement or correct their personal information from EasyCard. However, according to Article 19 of the Enforcement Rules of the Personal Data Protection Act, the subject shall properly explain reasons and facts.
III. If EasyCard violates the Personal Data Protection Act during collecting, processing or using subject personal information then according to the fourth item of Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Act, subject may request the company to stop collecting.
IV. According to the second paragraph of Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Act, if the correctness of personal data is disputed, subjects may request EasyCard to stop processing or using their personal data. However, according to the proviso, there is exception if the personal information is a “must need” in the service and already be declared before subject accept the terms or subject already gave EasyCard a written consent.
V. According to Article 11 (3) of the Personal Data Protection Act, when the specific purpose of personal data collection disappears or the term expires, the subject may request EasyCard to delete, stop processing or use the subject's personal data. However, according to the proviso, there is exception if the personal information is a “must need” in the service and already be declared before subject accept the terms or subject already gave EasyCard a written consent.
5. Impact for subject if subject refuse to grant EasyCard to use “must need” personal information in the service
I. Subject is free to choose whether to provide relevant personal data and type of data, but if the personal data that the subject refuses to provide is the information required for business review or operation then EasyCard may not be able to conduct necessary business audits or process thus cannot provide the corresponding service. We apologize for the inconvenient.
